Khtml is default, but I often use kdewebkit for sites not working with that.
When doing so, I expect new windows opened to use kdewebkit as well - at some
point I think it worked like that, but not now.

The problem affects both links with target "_blank" and windows opened using
javascript.

Aditionally, the location bar is empty when opening such a window.

Reproducible: Always
