Bug status change thus is probably not such a good idea.

I have bad news however: since the original OWA site is not available any more,
I won't be able to verify it versus that particular version. Current (recently
upgraded) OWA installation does work fine on 4.6.3 (well, as "fine" as things 
specific to this bug report can work - excluding any of OWAs various annoying
general quirks and problems, e.g. an autodelete functionality masquerading as
autosave). The famous Microsoft vacuum cleaner (or also light bulb) quote is
especially fitting in this context...
