Version:           4.6.0 (using KDE 4.6.2)

Suddenly, when I was surfing, Konqueror started showing "connection refused"
error page in response to any side, even 127.0.0.1. Restarting X, computer and
changing DNS server did not help.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Input any address, such as "http://google.com" in address bar and press Enter

Actual Results:  
Connection refused

Expected Results:  
Google page.
