Installed from: SuSE 7.0 RPMs

khtml cannot display any non-latin1 unicode characters,
and cannot even display unicode characters which could
be easily approximated by latin1 characters.

For instance, when there are no unicode fonts available, 
all the various space (more than ten of them !) could be 
approximated by regular spaces, the various dashes could 
be approximated by regular hyphens, the ellipsis by three 
dots, etc.

It is furthermore a shame that, even when you have a 
unicode font,  such a nice browser as konqueror cannot 
display ancient greek or russian...

is IMHO a good way to test for unicode capabilities of 
browsers.
