Looks like a broken gcc/libstdc++ setup.
Did you compile all of Qt, kde and koffice with the same c++ compiler?
Either that's the problem, or a wrong gcc/libstdc++ installation.
This isn't a problem at the koffice level.

PS: please use koffice@kde.org for compilation problems.
