dcopserver has been replaced with kdeinit (it's part of it).
but if you're using koffice-1.89.20000324-1mdk under KDE1 (I suppose you are),
you don't even need to do that. Look up the entries under Applications/KOffice
in the K menu and use those (even dragged in the panel if you want) instead.
