Dmitry, just thought you might like to know that there is a problem with the 
custom templates facility when forwarding mail via a filter (automatically on 
incoming - "Apply Filter" from the menu is OK).  In this case there is no 
folder applicable to the message, so TemplateParser::findTemplate gives up 
(with the debug message "Oops! No folder for message") and the forwarded 
message is blank.

I've got a fix for this - if there is no folder then ignore it, don't try to 
find a folder-specific template but just carry on, trying the 
identity-specific template first and then the global.  Not a complicated 
change, just more checks and some reordering in that function.  Do you mind 
if I commit it?
