Confirmed, kdevelop SVN r1112563.

The constructor is *never* callable that way. The destructor is (no compiler
error even on stack variables, even if it'll probably crash :P), but I think it
should appear at the bottom of the completion list.

Additionally, when the completion list appears, if you type ~, the list closes
instead of showing the destructor alone. (should I file this as a separate
bug?)
