You've reached the KDE webmasters, which is not the appropriate place for 
feature requestes, however ...

This is in the works, Konqueror in KDE4 is supposed to run also on Windows and 
MAC OSX. 

Generally the right place for this kind of suggestions is http://bugs.kde.org, 
and if you have a look there, I'm sure you'll find more requests for KDE 
applications on Windows.
