let me guess, jpeg.h & jpeginc.h?  You have to get one from the cvs sources of
kdelibs in the khtmlw folder.  Then it compiles... however, I'm still stumped on
the kdebase problem where kmimemagic is having some problems...  Yeah, It is
weird how the distro directory was removed.
