I have to agree with James on this one. Bugzilla is a good tool to report 
bugs, but it's sub-optimal at having active discussions about things.

What we clearly need is a place where people can discuss "usability". And by 
that I mean those "ideas" and "suggestions", and not the detailed 
usability-reports this list obviously wants. kde-artists.org was such a 
place, but it has been practically offline for a long time now. maybe the 
KDE-forums or the website that is going to take kde-artists's place in the 
near future. But people do have a need to discuss these things, and if there 
is no natural place to do that, some of their stuff is going to end up in 
this mailinglist.
