Hi,
kdeclarative QCH docs fail to build here:

 /usr/bin/doxygen [...]/kdeclarative-5.62.0/build/src/KF5Declarative=5F=
ECMQchDoxygen.config
Error in line 233: Opening and ending tag mismatch.

The generated TOC file seems to be bogus.

$ xmllint build/src/KF5Declarative=5FECMQchDoxygen/html/index.qhp
build/src/KF5Declarative=5FECMQchDoxygen/html/index.qhp:233: parser err=
or : Opening and ending tag mismatch: toc line 7 and section
    </section>
              ^
build/src/KF5Declarative=5FECMQchDoxygen/html/index.qhp:234: parser err=
or : Opening and ending tag mismatch: filterSection line 5 and toc
  </toc>

build/src/KF5Declarative=5FECMQchDoxygen/html/index.qhp:500: parser err=
or : Opening and ending tag mismatch: QtHelpProject line 2 and filterSe=
ction
  </filterSection>

build/src/KF5Declarative=5FECMQchDoxygen/html/index.qhp:501: parser err=
or : Extra content at the end of the document
</QtHelpProject>
^

Doxygen 1.8.16, Qt 5.13.1

Disabling QCH docs works, but obviously isn't the right thing to do. Do=
es this happen for anyone else?
