Howdy,

The kdelibs-4.7 branch buildsystem is still setting the 
GENERIC_LIB_VERSION, GENERIC_LIB_SOVERSION, etc
variables to "4.7" 

We need those variables to say "4.8"

What are the plans for dealing with this?
