kdelibs and kdepimlibs compile fine. kdebase currently fails because we
can't compile strigi_qtdbusclient and therefore nepomuk_server complains
about this missing lib. Don't know if we need this server on win32 but
the check for qtdbusclient is also wrong (it's using an own find_library
instead taking the one from FindStrigi.cmake)
I'll disable nepomuk_server for now, but I think the rest of
kdebase-runtime should compile cleanly.
