Subject: [kde-redhat-users] problem with kde-filesystem
Message: 1

I am currently running FC5 with the redhat versions of KDE. Since they
really fubar'd up the distro of KDE I wanted to try the RPMs from your
repo.

I have downloaded the kde.repo v2.0 file put it in my yum.repos.d
directory and did a "yum update"

The error after everything gets resolved is:

"Error: Missing Dependency: kde-filesystem is needed by package kdelibs"

However, I see it in the directory listed in the .repo file. SO... I
copied and pasted the relevant parts right into my yum.conf file... no
luck... Here's the important bits:

----
[kde]
name=kde
baseurl=http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/fedora/$releasever/$basearch/stable
mirrorlist=http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/fedora/mirrors-stable
gpgkey=http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/kde-redhat.RPM-GPG-KEY
enabled=1

[kde-all]
name=kde-all
baseurl=http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/all/stable/RPMS
mirrorlist=http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/all/stable/mirrors
gpgkey=http://apt.kde-redhat.org/apt/kde-redhat/kde-redhat.RPM-GPG-KEY
enabled=1
----

I added the "baseurl" thinking maybe it was lookign at a mirror which
didn't have the important bits. Well, it didn't work. I am at a loss
here.

From bug report

http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=138330

which has been closed as being "Works for Met"

Hiyall anybody else see this

When right clicking on a tab in Konqueror and then releasing the button
immedietely, Konqueror opens a new tab without selecting which option I want
to choose. I must hold down the right button and release it at the option
that I want inorder to be able to select it.

Works as it should here, FC6. Have you tried moving/renaming all of Konq's
associated files and trying again from fresh.

OOps looks like, my internal test build of poppler snuck into the testing
repo (fixed).

Regardless, the build that was there (should) match exactly
an upcoming poppler update (to include the previously missing -qt
wrapper(s). So, this is likely something that should be reported to
Fedora bugzilla and/or mailing lists.

WORKSFORME too. Does this occur for all users (including root), or just
one in particular?
