AFAIK, all the opensync bits are already in Fedora Extras (I helped
review some of it).  (:

Rob is correct.  kde-filesystem lives in the common "all" repo.

As I've alluded to several times recently, despite the "all" repo making
our(kde-redhat dev's) life easier and minimizes repodata generation
server-side, it's also been a huge FAQ, so we're currently working on
deprecating the need for it.

Thanks, it was exactly this problem. I had a uncomplete repo file, now 
it works fine.
