I committed a change to better handle the case when KAddressbook is 
reopened when it is already running.

There was a problem if say KAddressbook was opened from KMail but was 
hidden by other windows or was on a different desktop than KMail (or 
both). 

Now when KAddressbook is run, it will be made fully visible and the 
desktop it resides on will be made active. I thought this is the way 
it used to work, but somehow it got broken.
