Nice, the green colour reminds me of environmental recycling stuff, which has 
little or nothing to do with the reload function of a browser.

Other icons I'd like to see improved are:

The up/back/forward arrows. Perhaps all they need is a more discrete colour, 
the current blueish arrows are ugly.

The undo/redo arrows are even worse. The green colour is too strong and the 
shape seems awkward.

The worst example of button icons in KDE is perhaps ark. All the icons are 
nearly identical, and I have to think really hard to figure out which is 
which. I've filed a bug report long time ago.

Anyway, more elegant toolbar buttons is perhaps the easiest way to make the 
KDE interface even more attractive.
