You can easily make KDE look similar to Mac OS X and act similar to Mac OSX.
It's only a matter of configuring it properly.
It would be nice if you would look at KDE 2.1 and tell us what exactly 
looks/acts like Windows to you and in which way it is inferior to other 
concepts. Pure ranting doesn't help.
