My suggestion would be 1, max 2 hours on conference together, and the rest
of the day on your own, that way it would be both fun and achieve what we
wanted to achieve, which is intensive testing.

And yes, let's invite everyone. Makes no sense to restrict to developers an
activity that actually doesn't need much technical skills and won't be
focused on technical things. But of course "everyone" needs to be defined
somewhat reasonably to not end up with 100 people in the video call.

27th, 20:00 CET is fine for me.
