Problem here is that we have to make distribution patch mesa/gallium to link
with the shared library of llvm, this is done in Fedora, not sure about other
distro. I don't know if there is away to detect if the user use mesa/gallium
and then disable opengtl in that case.
For me the reasonable thing to do for Krita 2.4 is:
* support only OpenGTL 0.9.16 (and llvm 3.0): right now we support too many
version of those, and some of the older llvm have issues with recent hardware,
and we get a lot of poorly tested combination
* put mutex everywhere because there are some serious threading issue (I
probably now how to fix them, but that will be for a later version of OpenGTL)
* make sure distribution use llvm shared libraries with mesa (OpenGTL 0.9.16
only work with them)
