To reproduce:

- Open any image or paint something yourself.
- Select the perspective transformation tool from the toolbox (under the Move a Layer \
                tool)
- Create the perspective quad. To create the perspective quad, click on the canvas on \
four different points such that you enclose a region. You should see some feedback \
                after the second click.
- Transformed image has upper left corner missing!

I'm not sure how to reproduce that exactly.

Sven, how did you produced this file?Edward, how can i run perspectivetransform tool?
