Hi,

I have not yet had the time to set up the procmail filter, so here is a
list of changes for today:

Generates HTML headers for C++.
Generates relative links for inter-library references.
		This needs to be more thoroughly tested.
Some use of grey for lists. I need to work on this and the page header
function a bit more to make more aesthetically pleasing output.

There may be some problem with the snapshot generator on tauon, I have to
go speak with my sysadmin. All this stuff can always be had from the KDE
CVS/cvsup server, module kdoc.
