Scrape : see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tracker_scrape, basically
asking the tracker how many seeders and leachers there are for a
particular torrent.
Capture : I will ask Alan Jones (author of the bitfinder plugin),
about it, it's not quite clear to me either how you would translate
it.

Note: the BitFinder plugin is not going to be included in the 3.1
release (it is not finished)
