No - sorry - I'd like to print - no output except the error message.

Now here in the office it prints, I'll check later at home.

But I have still 2 problems with this page, but IMHO that's not yours.
1) the background color (grey) is not printed as shown
2a) I always loose about 1cm printing area on the rigth side printing on an
HPLJ 4Plus
2b) I can't print anything (I tested konqueror html, kmail) on a
HPcolorlaser jet 4500 except the testpage you supplied in kcontrol.

Some remarks

kcontrol crashed as I restarted cups (as root from the command line)
the problem was that the printer was turned off when I submitted a
printjob - the printer went offline and I wanted to restart it -(I only
found out later that I can enable the printer with RMB)

sorry if my setup is wrong, but I printed already with this setup from KDE
without problems.
