OK, I will check the kdevelop ftp area (several mirrors are listed)
again but couldn't find the prepackaged docs last time I looked.  Since
I am using the statically linked binary version and don't want to
reinstall kde 1.x and qt 1.4x, I don't see how to configure with
--enable-koc2.

I'm amazed that you can get kdevelop 1.3 to work with the old libs
linked in on a kde 2 system, but it does work, mostly.  Everyone is
awaiting a native kde 2 version of kdevelop so we don't need the old kde
1.x and qt 1.4x at all.  I know this takes time.
