hi all ive noticed a small change in the way autoconf ect works 
i do not compile in the directory where the code is stored but in
different directory the make files for kjs and libkmid and ksgmltools 
are not set up correctly.

it appears to be a problem in configure.in 

KDE_CREATE_SUBDIRSLIST
AC_OUTPUT( \
./Makefile \
dcop/Makefile \
dcop/ICE/Makefile \
dcop/dcopidl/Makefile \
dcop/dcopidl2cpp/Makefile \
doc/Makefile \


add 

kjs/Makefile \ ....
