Yes, make seems to use -I../.., so using <config.h> allows you to rip out
konsole and put it anywhere without really messing with the source.

I'll check to see if it compiles, but I really haven't had much luck with
kdm (I got it to work once), so I'm really not a good judge of whether kdm
works or not.
