I haven't added anything to KThemeManager, but do provide static routines in
KThemeBase to apply config files. Look at applyConfigFile and writeConfigFile
in kdeui/kthemebase.h, or kdebase/kstyles/utils/settheme/main.cpp for an
example of applying widget themes.

I wouldn't too concerned about that right now tho. Once the porting is done
adding new config files to manage should be simple.
