No I'm not. I post this because that's my opinion and a lot guys are
saying that, inlcuding me, I just don't have a better explanation,
that's why I posted the reference.

It has been brought up multiple times, really. It's just KDE catching
up... Does "race to idle" ring any bell? That's what current kernel
developers endorse over and over again.
