I don't think anyone will object, but to make sure maybe announce it on k-c-d and \
schedule it for next monday?

I think it is an important tool to ship in kdesdk, but if you want to add features \
extragear is the right place.  You can move it to kdereview and announce your wish on \
k-c-d, following http://techbase.kde.org/Policies/SVN_Guidelines
