Hi all,

I was hoping that I would have enough time this year to make kxkb a
better keyboard layout switching tool and I made some progress in
porting kxkb to kde4, making it use libxklavier for better layout
information parsing, switching groups instead of layouts and provided
applet version of switcher to replace standalone app, but my free time
is getting scarce now and I am afraid I won't be able to finish the
work and make it usable for regular users by the time kde4 comes. I
will try to continue the development and support for kxkb when I have
free time but don't want to jeopardize its release so I would
appreciate any help.
