Here the new revision of my patch. I didn't change over to KConfigXT until now 
but I implemented almost all other suggestions I got (inclusive removing the 
sliders). Also I fixed some other bugs and improved the system tray animation 
a little bit. 

I uploaded the patch to http://www.hilefoks.org/kteatime/kteatime.diff 

I already send this patch to Martin Willers. 

I'm happy about every suggestion.
