Yeah, any webserver. Konqueror won't load any website.

tcpdump returns "no suitable device found". I am using an external modem
through serial port.

DNS resolution ? well ifconfig returns:

ppp0 Link encap:Point-to-Point Protocol
          inet addr:81.40.20.177 P-t-P:80.58.196.21 Mask:255.255.255.255
UP POINTOPOINT RUNNING NOARP MULTICAST MTU:1500 Metric:1
          RX packets:1511 errors:21 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:1561 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:3
          RX bytes:1172441 (1.1 MiB) TX bytes:297451 (290.4 KiB)

I have tried to install through Adept (kubuntu) some packages and it went
successfull. The only problem is Konqueror with http kioslave.

I want to remark this is all about KDE3.

Bye and thanks,
