 This happens when something depends on the installed version of the file 
instead of the version in the sources (which is wrong, because the installed 
file is older). This is usually caused by $(all_includes) not being last in 
INCLUDES/AM_CPPFLAGS, but I don't know any simple way how to find out which 
specific Makefile.am is causing the problem.
