You'll need to create a new XKB layout..
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xkb/
and send it to XFree peeps.



If you only need internet keys then base it on an
existing entry in symbols/inet (e.g. logiik) and make
sure they you update everything that should point to
it.....

symbols.dir
rules/xorg
rules/xorg.lst 
rules/xorg.xml
symbols/inet
X0-config.keyboard

just replace xorg with xfree86 if your using xfree86.
