You are trying to install the RPMs by clicking on them in konqueror?

If that's the case, it seems the file association for rpm files seems to
be broken.

I suggest you get a better installation mechanism, or try installing the
RPMs from a package manager, or the command line.

On other matters, you can probably get better help for this kind of things
in the kde-linux list, since this one is for development (kde-devel)
