Subject:    Newbie KDE dev question on KMainWindow

What are the advantages of using KMainWindow over QMainWindow ?
Im trying to design my window, and when I use designer, it makes my
window a QMainWindow and I don't see any way to make it use 
KMainWindow, so my second question would be whether there is  
another layout tool?
