Well, for some reason KpgpBase*::encsign(...) is passed an empty 
recipient list. Could you please provide a little bit more code?

If you want to know how to use the Kpgp functions have a look at KMail's 
source code (especially kmcomposewin.cpp (encryption/signing) and 
kmreaderwin.cpp (decryption/signature verification)).

BTW, the Kpgp API has changed a lot in KDE 3.

BTW2, for which program are you using Kpgp?
