I think Kuba and Erik indirect got a good point; names which are not only= in=20 english. This is how I look at it: * Names for apps that are pronouceable in "all" languages and not impract= ical=20 in some way should be considered.=20 * The names doesn't have to make sense in all languages, there's _alot_ o= f=20 apps who doesn't makes sense in a single language noatun anyone?:)). Besi= des=20 , the excellent new menu system takes care of explaining what the apps=20 actually does. ;-) * KDE is international and in the spirit of open source, let's take the n= ames=20 to the same level. It's a nice geasture, by selecting names which makes s= ense=20 in other languages than English. Perhaps it doesn't matter that much ("n=E4= r=20 det v=E4l kommer till kritan" :)) at the bottom line but it really shows = KDE's=20 standpoint. * Is there any argument to why names are preferred in English? My two cents.. Frans >> Visit http://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde-devel#unsub to unsubscribe <<
