Subject:    Problem with released KDOC

The version of KDOC changed between KDE_2_1_BETA2 and KDE_2_1_RELEASE.
This version will not work correctly with perl < 5.6 and therefore
anyone trying to generate kdelibs with the released kdoc will find
that it hangs. What can I do to fix this problem?
