I'd *LOVE* that. In the times before I cvsup I always hated to get 
ksirc, ktalkd and all of the other apps that I never ever use when I 
wanted to install just KMail and KNode. The same is probably true for 
most other "packages".

One exception: in kdegames many card games share the use of the decks. 
So here I actually see a technical reason for the packaging.
