We stopped work on kde-db because of the impending release of qSQL, but
when we tried to use it for our purposes, it is useless, that isn't to say
it might work for something else, but it's useless for us.
Trolltech has asked us to provide them with some detailed feedback so that
they can fix it, which we've done, but i don't know what their schedule is
for it.

in the meantime we created tkcdb as a multi-platform offshoot of kde-db
that we are using in Rekall now. I don't know what the result of qSQL is
going to be, but we had to solve the problem for our purposes.
