- fixed memory corruption when calling clear() on a list before deleting
  one or more listiterators. clear() was resetting the iterator's list
  variable to zero which made it impossible for the iterators to
  deregister from the list which made the list hold dangling pointers
  of the iterators which gives a segfault upon destruction of the list.
  fixes konqueror shutdown and a few khtml crashes I observed. patch
  sent to qt-bugs. will update to their version in case they reject mine
