Possible fix for bigendian problems by not using optimized visual with
big endian systems (the optimized visual doesn't seem to affect performance
one way or another anyway and should be removed as it's incompatible with
embedded Qt).   new colorchanger tool - all tool option dialogs now retain 
settings during a session, more methods in kis_framebuffer, continuing 
cleanup - moving painting operations out of kis_doc and kis_view and tools 
into kis_framebuffer and kis_painter.  Better spacing defaults for brushes 
and patterns.
