That is not completely true. I would have agreed to 1.2 if it
would have contained KDevelop (although I had suggested to
make KDE 1.1.2 and KDevelop (or KDK) 1.0 a separate release).
But without KDevelop, there was no more reason for 1.2 by any
argument other than hitting on the gnomes.
