KWord:
  - Finished implementation of loading documents
  - Fixed some bug in saving documents
  - Fixed a bug in KWParagLayout::operator=()
  - Changed the way to configure the borders of the parags using the toolbar

KPresenter:
  - Started implementing a timetable of the presentation which is shown
    for every page in the presentation structure viewer. Actually, it
    doesn't do a lot now...
