Class Browser:
Parsing of argument information added:
	Only argument types extracted.
	Routine to handle multi-line declarations/definitions created.
	Extraction of return types/variable types still to be added.
Sorting on scope added in list view.
Yet FURTHER improved prototype/function handling:
	Now matches arguments as well as name and parent.
	Still requires matching return types to safisfy ANSI C++.
	Functions now informed of their scope once prototype found.
A few code cleanups.
Some other stuff that I can't remember.
