- rewrote LOTS of stuff in KPresenter. Now it's real and clean C++ source :-))
- I'm sure, that there are still some problems KPPixmapCollection and
  KPGradientCollection. I'll work on that. But sharing the objects works quite
  well.
- Undo/Redo and Cut/Copy/Paste is still missing
