SVN commit 1059215 by zwabel:

- Clean up the cppcodegen test, by using the new "InsertIntoDUChain" helper class \
                in-place, instead of the previous mess..
- Add some tests based on that class to very the functionality of the simplified \
parsing, and to generally verify some simple functionality of the infrastructure.
